What you will do
- Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences.
- Write reusable, testable, highly efficient code for revenue-critical systems with safety and security in mind.
- Collaborate on distributed systems architecture and translate evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions.
- Debug and resolve issues autonomously across OS, network, and application layers.
- Work with experienced Rust engineers and contribute to a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture.
- Provide mentorship and help define technical culture while taking end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Rust experience, including network services and asynchronous code.
- Security-first mindset for system design.
- Ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies such as RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems.
- Experience building B2B-focused products, ideally in fintech or crypto.
