What you will do

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns for the casino product portfolio.
• Partner with product development teams to align marketing efforts with new features and offerings.
• Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to boost customer engagement and retention through targeted promotions and loyalty programs.
• Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports to senior leadership.
• Support team onboarding and ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of the gambling industry, specifically casino products.
• Full proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian.
• Proven experience in creating product marketing plans and utilizing CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize complex numerical data.
