Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and monitor performance metrics for debit and credit card products.
• Analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and in-app actions to uncover growth opportunities.
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses to shape core product decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead the end-to-end development of new features, from research and definition to iteration.
• Conduct in-depth investigations to identify and resolve profitability bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Engineering, or a technical field (or equivalent analytical track record).
• Strong mathematical approach to problem solving and proficiency in hypothesis testing (t-tests vs z-tests).
• Ability to transform data into clear narratives and present them confidently.
• English: B1+ level for collaboration and written communication.
• Spanish: B1+ level for collaboration and written communication.
• Location: Onsite work in Mexico.
