hirify.global is launching a new brokerage firm (Casa de Bolsa Plata) currently in its pre-operational phase.

What you will do

• Define trading policies and order management procedures manuals.
• Validate OMS configuration and support connectivity testing with BMV and BIVA trading platforms.
• Lead the trading section during the CNBV commencement-of-operations inspection.
• Conduct simulated trading sessions to validate end-to-end order flow.
• Execute client and proprietary orders across equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets.
• Ensure compliance with CUCB best execution and conflicts of interest rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience at a casa de bolsa, including at least 5 years in active trading.
• AMIB Operador Bursátil (Series 3) certification (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on experience with BMV SENTRA or BIVA trading platforms and OMS/EMS systems.
• Willingness to be registered with the CNBV and accept personal regulatory accountability.
• Conversational proficiency in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple asset classes or at more than one casa de bolsa.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol connectivity.
• Experience participating in CNBV inspection processes.
• Background in joining an institution during its pre-operational or start-up phase.
