What you will do

• Develop and implement region-specific HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with Department Heads and Team Leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• BA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Cape Town.
