Data Center IT Technician (AI Cloud)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises with large-scale GPU orchestration and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure as a shift worker (day and night shifts).
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to server and network hardware within the data center.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) according to company procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and hardware configuration procedures.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
• Practical, hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-driven work attitude.

Nice to have

• Valid Category B driving license.
• Basic knowledge of the Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools.
