What you will do

Complete an intensive 10-week quantitative trading internship focused on trading aptitude and financial markets.
Train across quantitative trading, quantitative research, and quantitative development, with emphasis on trading and market understanding.
Study trading strategies, market mechanics, statistics, and signal-generation research processes.
Work with trading teams on meaningful projects with real impact.
Participate in mock trading sessions, poker training, and modules designed to develop probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset.
Receive daily one-to-one mentorship from experienced traders, researchers, and developers.

Requirements

Strong probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning skills.
Competitive spirit and strong motivation to learn and improve.
Programming experience.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
Appetite for risk-taking.
Reliable and predictable availability is required.
