📍 Limassol, Cyprus
🏢 Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)

We're looking for an experienced Design Lead / Art Director to lead the visual direction across our iGaming platform and multiple brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the design team while shaping UI/UX, branding, product design, and marketing creatives that deliver a modern, consistent, and conversion-focused user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the visual direction across products and brands
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of the design team
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines
• Design and improve web, mobile, back-office, and platform interfaces
• Oversee marketing creatives, landing pages, CRM assets, banners, and social media visuals
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Copywriting, and Development teams
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent design quality

Requirements
• Strong experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior UI/UX Designer
• Proven experience leading or mentoring designers
• Outstanding portfolio covering UI/UX, branding, and digital products
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX, typography, layouts, design systems, and responsive design
• Excellent English communication skills
⭐ Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, crypto, motion design, or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.
