Campus ML Research Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to complex quantitative finance problems.
• Collaborate with researchers, quantitative researchers, traders, and engineers to build reusable financial ML frameworks.
• Optimize training pipelines for high-performance computing clusters and large-scale datasets.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems with low-latency requirements.
• Develop observable, performant, and flexible ML systems using Python, C++, CUDA, and other low-level GPU languages.
• Improve research productivity by reducing model iteration cycle times.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or another deep learning library.
• Expertise in GPU or accelerator programming, including CUDA, Triton, SYCL, ROCm, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience building large-scale ML systems, including systems handling hundreds of terabytes of training data or requiring low-latency and high-throughput inference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable and predictable availability is required.
