Salary: $1,200 - $1,400 USD/month

What you will do
- Guide prospective patients through the onboarding process from initial inquiry to appointment booking.
- Conduct virtual patient consultations and intake calls via Zoom or equivalent platforms.
- Accurately document patient information and manage follow-ups across CRM and patient management systems.
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure a smooth transition into clinical care.
- Handle medical insurance inquiries and verify patient information.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in patient intake, telehealth, or patient-facing healthcare operations.
- Proven experience leading live patient-facing video consultations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, scheduling, or patient management software.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and team communication tools like Slack.
- English: C1+ (CEFR) required for voice and video consultations.
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Background in US healthcare administration or telehealth operations.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
- Experience with patient conversion and enrollment processes.
- Experience with workflow tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
