TL;DR
Applicant Operations Specialist (Healthcare): Guiding prospective patients through onboarding from initial inquiry to appointment booking with an accent on virtual consultations, accurate information capture, and coordinated scheduling. Focus on managing patient follow-ups across CRM and patient management systems, handling insurance inquiries, and delivering a compliant, trustworthy transition into care.
Location: Remote, anywhere in the Philippines. Work schedule: PST, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Compensation: $1,200–$1,400 USD per month, based on experience.

What you will do
- Guide prospective patients through onboarding from initial inquiry to appointment booking.
- Conduct live patient-facing video consultations using Zoom or equivalent tools.
- Collect and accurately document patient information in CRM and patient management systems.
- Coordinate appointments, manage follow-ups, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Handle medical insurance information and support a smooth transition into care.
- Maintain CRM data quality and submit reports on time.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, telehealth, or patient-facing healthcare operations.
- Experience conducting patient consultations or intake calls and coordinating appointments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, scheduling, or patient management software.
- Experience handling medical insurance information and related patient inquiries.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and team communication tools such as Slack.
- C1+ English proficiency is required for voice and video patient consultations.
Nice to have
- US healthcare administration or telehealth operations experience.
- Experience with patient conversion, admissions, or healthcare enrollment.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
- Experience in high-growth healthcare organizations or startups.
- Exposure to workflow optimization using Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
