Focus on driving technical resolution in incidents, mentoring specialists, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve diagnostic tooling and platform reliability.

What you will do
- Own and resolve the deepest technical escalations through rigorous log, data, and system analysis.
- Validate platform behavior before release, identifying divergences from specifications and supporting beta testing.
- Detect systemic issues and coordinate incident responses for high-severity events.
- Serve as the AI subject-matter expert on platform behavior and output quality.
- Represent support in product and engineering discussions, advocating for improvements in tooling and reliability.
- Mentor specialists and review escalations to raise the bar across the function.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support, solutions, or platform specialist roles with strong technical skills.
- Expertise in root cause analysis using logs, data, and system-level investigation.
- Understanding of LLM and AI system behaviors and failure modes.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to product and customer-facing teams.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and composure under pressure during major escalations.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
