What you will do

• Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including trailers, video ads, animated banners, and static creatives.
• Manage creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Art, Product, UA, and Analytics teams to align creatives with marketing objectives.
• Iterate and improve assets using data, testing results, and performance insights.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend research to keep creative assets competitive.
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to increase production efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
• Strong proficiency in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing multimedia work across different formats.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how visual assets support user acquisition goals.
• Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Blender or similar tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Genoa, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or 3D tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
