Data Center IT Manager (AI)

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises with large-scale GPU orchestration and inference optimization.

What you will do

• Lead the IT support team to achieve KPIs in infrastructure support and project planning.
• Oversee the maintenance and efficiency of data center IT infrastructure, including advanced GPU cloud clusters.
• Manage hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution to ensure critical systems run smoothly.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration and maintenance.
• Coordinate project tasks such as installation, upgrading, and dismantling of hardware based on operational requirements.
• Manage asset management processes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in team management and hands-on server hardware diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of data center operations, server, and network equipment principles.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM operational activities.
• Basic proficiency in Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Experience with enterprise-grade network switches and fiber optic cables.

Nice to have

• ITIL and/or PMI certification.
• Driving License (Category B).
