What you will do

• Develop AI agents to automate repetitive workflows and eliminate busywork.
• Build and defend complex financial models including MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, and fees.
• Transform high-volume deal flow into actionable market intelligence for the founders.
• Own the end-to-end LP relationship process, including onboarding, data rooms, and due diligence.
• Organize and execute summits and LP events from start to finish.
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth for the pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping projects independently and proactively.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to build robust financial models.
• Fluency with AI tools, specifically prompt and context engineering, to automate real work.
• Process-driven mindset with a low tolerance for inaccurate data.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Vienna or London.
