Associate (AI/Private Markets)

Location: Full-time, in-office in Vienna, Austria, or London, United Kingdom, with travel for summits and LP/GP events.

What you will do

• Identify automatable workflows and build AI agents to replace manual work.
• Build and defend fund return models covering MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, and fees.
• Analyze deal flow to identify emerging strategies, specialist alpha, and market trends.
• Shape the LP portal covering portfolios, performance, data rooms, and market intelligence.
• Own LP relationships, including onboarding, due diligence, and follow-ups.
• Work directly with the founders and report to a Founding Partner.

Requirements

• Evidence of shipping projects independently and taking ownership beyond formal job titles.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to build and defend financial models.
• Practical fluency with AI tools, including prompt and context engineering, and experience automating real work.
• Process-driven approach with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• German language skills, particularly relevant to the Vienna base.
