What you will do

• Coordinate regular pickups and deliveries across the UK and EU.
• Manage transport pricing and negotiate quotations with freight forwarders and trucking companies.
• Handle customs documentation and coordinate post-Brexit UK–EU movements.
• Track active shipments and provide real-time updates to the Sales team and internal stakeholders.
• Solve operational risks, including missed pickups, customs holds, and carrier shortages.
• Collaborate with Sales to price and plan complex or time-sensitive customer projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• Practical knowledge of cross-border road freight within the UK and EU.
• Understanding of transport pricing factors, including weight, volume, lane, and fuel costs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with carriers and customers.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be based in Estonia to support hybrid office attendance in Tallinn or Tartu.

Nice to have

• Experience with sea or air freight, particularly Asia–Europe shipments.
• Experience coordinating oversized, high-value, or time-critical cargo.
• Proven track record of handling complex shipment disruptions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital logistics systems.
