What you will do

• Generate a continuous pipeline of original game concepts across multiple genres and mechanics.
• Develop innovative gameplay features, bonus systems, and progression mechanics.
• Explore and create new visual directions, themes, and artistic concepts.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor releases, and player preferences.
• Research entertainment trends and popular culture for inspiration.
• Produce structured concept proposals for evaluation and further development.

Requirements

• Experience in game design, product development, or creative development within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and engagement principles.
• Proven ability to translate original ideas into structured concepts.
• Strong awareness of current gaming trends and market developments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Stockholm or have existing work authorization, as no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with slot game design or casino gaming.
