What you will do

• Manage and resolve complex incidents for enterprise applications to ensure stability, performance, and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Monitor application health and performance to proactively identify risks before they impact operations.
• Collaborate with application owners, development teams, and infrastructure specialists to coordinate resolutions.
• Contribute to application modernization, cloud adoption, and DevSecOps transformation projects.
• Develop operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Application/System Support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in incident management and SLA-driven support operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, including log analysis and system troubleshooting.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and general IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases).
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and applying ITIL-based service management.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Infor, or Unit4.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with application deployments, releases, and change management.
