Location: Hybrid in Oslo, Norway. The team is co-located in Oslo and expects regular office attendance.

Salary: 1,400,000 – 1,600,000 NOK

What you will do

• Define delivery strategies and ensure alignment between area goals and company objectives.
• Own the architectural direction and technical outcomes for a multi-team product area.
• Set the bar for AI-native engineering, including product implementation and developer productivity tools.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements across team boundaries.
• Lead and coach engineering leaders, providing feedback and professional growth support.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the C-suite (CTO/CPO).

Requirements

• Strong background as a working engineer credible to senior individual contributors.
• Significant experience owning strategy and execution for multi-team product areas in successful companies.
• AI proficiency is a non-negotiable skill.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Oslo.
