TL;DR
Director of Customer Enablement (HealthTech): Designing and building the operational engine for the Customer organization to scale its delivery to Norwegian municipalities with an accent on data, AI, and tooling strategies. Location: Hybrid based in Oslo, Norway
Salary: 1,200,000 – 1,350,000 NOK

is a health technology startup building a collaborative platform for Norwegian municipalities to coordinate care between patients, professionals, and next of kin.
What you will do
- Design and build the operational engine that enables the Customer organization to scale effectively.
- Champion and implement a data- and AI-first approach across the department to drive efficiency.
- Own the data and tooling strategy, including evaluating build vs. buy options and prioritization.
- Define key performance metrics and build reporting models to drive strategic decisions.
- Identify and close operational gaps between current workflows and the requirements for scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, CS Ops, or strategy positions.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management position.
- Proven track record of building organizational structures and processes from scratch.
- Systems-oriented thinking with the ability to define and track critical metrics.
- English: Working proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Oslo.
Nice to have
- Experience within a B2B SaaS context.
- Proficiency with CS/CX tooling such as Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or BI platforms.
- Experience working with the public sector or in the health tech industry.
- Knowledge of the Nordic/Scandinavian market.
- Norwegian language proficiency.
