Salary: 1,200,000 – 1,350,000 NOK

What you will do

• Design and build the operational engine that enables the Customer organization to scale effectively.
• Champion and implement a data- and AI-first approach across the department to drive efficiency.
• Own the data and tooling strategy, including evaluating build vs. buy options and prioritization.
• Define key performance metrics and build reporting models to drive strategic decisions.
• Identify and close operational gaps between current workflows and the requirements for scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, CS Ops, or strategy positions.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Proven track record of building organizational structures and processes from scratch.
• Systems-oriented thinking with the ability to define and track critical metrics.
• English: Working proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Oslo.

Nice to have

• Experience within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficiency with CS/CX tooling such as Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or BI platforms.
• Experience working with the public sector or in the health tech industry.
• Knowledge of the Nordic/Scandinavian market.
• Norwegian language proficiency.
