Affiliate Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
• Manage affiliate networks and direct publisher partnerships to drive customer acquisition.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions including S2S postbacks, web pixels, and SDKs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement.
• Optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as CPI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Reconcile conversion data across affiliate platforms, MMPs, and CRM systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing both Web and App Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Strong technical knowledge of MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava) and attribution models.
• Proficiency in GTM, GA4, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking implementations using developer tools and network requests.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, e-commerce, real estate, or lead generation verticals.
• Understanding of privacy regulations, consent management, and cookie-less measurement trends.
