TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (AI Neobank): Building and shipping features across frontend, backend, and APIs for an AI-driven neobank app with an accent on customer journeys and internal automation. Focus on turning ambiguous product problems into reliable systems and optimizing workflows for payments, KYC, and risk.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Taiwan (at least 3 days per week in the Taipei office)

What you will do

  • Develop full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
  • Implement customer and internal workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC/risk.
  • Translate ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
  • Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch and iterate quickly.
  • Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and enable scaling.
  • Own the full lifecycle of features, including monitoring, debugging, and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven full stack engineering experience with a track record of shipped products.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend stacks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
  • Solid backend fundamentals covering APIs, data models, authentication, and reliability.
  • Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • English: Strong communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in Taiwan and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
