Courseware Developer (Education)

TL;DR

Courseware Developer (Education): Developing interactive eLearning content for Defence and Security clients with an accent on learning science and immersive training. Focus on building learning products ranging from job aids to interactive 3-D simulations and full courseware programs.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office at Homebush, NSW). Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Design and develop courseware and training materials based on product specifications.
• Create interactive eLearning content and 3-D simulations.
• Review training content for adherence to development standards and implement feedback.
• Collaborate with multimedia specialists, web developers, and subject matter experts.
• Manage delivery schedules and report scope or schedule issues.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications in computer-based training development.
• Background in training development, preferably in defence or aviation industries.
• Proficiency with Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) and authoring tools.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory for obtaining a Defence Security Clearance.
• Ability to work hybrid (minimum 3 days office/2 days flexible) in Homebush, NSW.

Nice to have

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures.
