What you will do

• Select the best manufacturing partners for RFQs based on performance data, capability, and current capacity.
• Manage the full quote-to-order cycle: issuing RFQs, reviewing quotes, negotiating price and lead times, and placing orders.
• Oversee orders from the partner side through to delivery, tracking progress and coordinating with internal teams on quality and packing.
• Act as the primary regional account manager, conducting regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and on-site visits.
• Optimize the RFQ fan-out ratio to increase response rates and improve partner matching.
• Negotiate long-term commercial terms and provide capability signals to the wider team to identify expansion needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia.
• Solid technical grounding in mechanical engineering, including the ability to read drawings and understand tolerances and materials.
• Strong commercial instincts for negotiating prices, lead times, and terms with suppliers.
• Experience in a fast-moving operational role with a high degree of ownership and clear KPIs.
• Ability to build long-term relationships while holding partners accountable for quality and response rates.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a contract manufacturer, fabrication shop, or engineering service provider.
• Hands-on knowledge of laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, welding, and assembly.
• Background in technical sourcing, project management, or project engineering within industrial manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100) and supplier auditing.
• Previous experience in a scale-up, marketplace, or digital manufacturing platform.
