Analyst (Merchant banking, Real estate), Sber
Analyst for Sberbank Investment Department, Real Estate Team (Sberbank Merchant Banking) support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process
drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials
gathering data for company and industry analysis
preparation of financial models and business valuation, fundamental analysis of potential investments
communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties
preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties Competencies: multitasking and self-starting
strong interpersonal and communicative skills
willingness to learn and develop across wide range of products and tasks
financial modelling, valuation, quantitative and reasoning skills
ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects
Requirements
Qualifications: recent graduate with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of finance and economics (MSU, HSE, NES)
work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage
project experience in Real Estate is a plus
critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player
advanced user of Microsoft Office
advanced oral and written English (including financial and business English)
passed CFA/RUCFA levels is a plus
