What you will do
- Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
- Educate patients on enrollment processes and maintain accurate, complete patient files.
- Visit healthcare providers, pharmacies, and support sites to assist in program implementation.
- Monitor medication delivery to ensure patients receive treatment without delay.
- Prepare performance reports on patient metrics and quality assurance in collaboration with the team.
- Report adverse events or product complaints according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a medical field or social work.
- 0-1 year of experience in healthcare, scientific fields, or NGOs.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Ability to perform administrative duties and use patient management systems.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in data monitoring and management.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Background in customer service management.
