What you will do

• Lead technical support for AWS partner-led opportunities, including architecture reviews, workload sizing, and migration assessments.
• Design and deliver partner enablement activities such as workshops, immersion days, and hands-on labs.
• Support partners with AWS Partner Network requirements, funding programs, and Well-Architected best practices.
• Provide technical guidance for Alibaba Cloud opportunities, including solution scoping, sizing, and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate with alliance teams and stakeholders across Malaysia and ASEAN to drive cloud adoption.
• Maintain technical readiness and contribute to reusable cloud solution assets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or partner enablement within the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency in core AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, EKS, and migration tools.
• Familiarity with AWS Partner Network programs and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience in cost management or FinOps.
• Ability to engage confidently with partners and customers through presentations and workshops.
• English: Fluency required.

• Ability to support Mandarin-speaking partner conversations.
• Existing certifications in Alibaba Cloud.
