Salary: $132,588 - $146,768 AUD

What you will do

• Design and implement the organization's learning curriculum aligned with capability assessments and strategic priorities.
• Develop high-quality, engaging learning materials including workshops, video tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to improve tracking and reporting.
• Partner with people leaders to identify training needs and design tailored solutions.
• Implement a data-driven approach to evaluate learning experience effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external learning providers.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work in Sydney, Australia.
• Qualifications in Learning Design, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate360.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning design principles and instructional design.
• Experience establishing training needs within a diverse workforce.
