What you will do

• Work within the development team to maintain and improve the quality of deployed systems.
• Analyze requirements and specifications to formulate and execute effective manual and automated tests.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Run and maintain automated test suites, including designing and implementing new ones.
• Utilize industry-standard development and testing tools and strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs.
• Understanding of test methodologies (e.g., Test Pyramid) across unit, integration, and E2E layers.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, Cucumber, Playwright, or Katalon.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language and/or test automation framework.
• Technical understanding of system stacks (e.g., LAMP, SQL databases), Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Brisbane, Queensland.

Nice to have

• Practical programming experience in Java or TypeScript.
• Experience using agentic AI for productivity.
• Knowledge of Telco and networking industry products and processes.
• Experience working in an Agile corporate environment with Jira and Confluence.
