Partner Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and implement global partner program policies, processes, and requirements.
• Manage partner tiering, leveling initiatives, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Own and curate partner-facing content, assets, and resources within the Partner Portal.
• Track partner engagement and program effectiveness through reporting and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and Finance teams to align program execution.
• Support the planning and execution of Partner Advisory Boards and Partner Summits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel operations, partner programs, or partner success.
• Experience working within a software, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.
• Proven program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing partner portals, LMS, or similar enablement platforms.
• Industry experience within cybersecurity or endpoint security markets.
• Experience working in a global organization.
