What you will do

• Lead a technical team to leverage AI in modernizing and streamlining multiple ERP systems.
• Serve as the primary technical architect for global ERP systems, ensuring high reliability for construction and engineering customers.
• Integrate AI and machine learning into core business logic and financial workflows.
• Implement agentic AI frameworks and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns to automate complex tasks.
• Translate customer needs into technical features while providing strategic guidance and hands-on mentorship to engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise software development, specifically managing ERP business logic and financial modules.
• Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/Core for building scalable back-end services.
• Expert-level SQL Server skills, including complex query optimization and legacy schema management.
• Proven experience in API development, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on system stability and high-quality delivery.
• Must be based in Lake Oswego, OR.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions within Azure cloud environments.
• Previous work with construction industry accounting or project management software.
