What you will do

• Design and implement approved reporting requirements by partnering with functional teams, Business Process Managers, and Domain leads.
• Propose BI architecture and technical design, and build data models, ETL flows, and dashboards.
• Ensure implementations follow best practices, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
• Develop authorization models to secure sensitive and critical data and processes.
• Identify and deliver improvements or innovations in BI & Analytics, and maintain BI standards and procedures.
• Keep BI Manager and, when needed, Group ICT Director informed about relevant activities and transfer knowledge to key users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA data modeling (ADSO, InfoObjects, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, LSA++).
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA push-down concepts and BW/4HANA performance modeling/optimization.
• Experience with data extraction and integration using ODP-based extractors (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) and external sources.
• Knowledge of ABAP for BW, including CDS Views, AMDP, and debugging BW transformations/process chains.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
