What you will do

• Coordinate environmental and social initiatives ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop, implement, and monitor a corporate-level Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) across all business areas
• Support ESG agenda by liaising with business units and HR teams across regions
• Monitor ESG performance and prepare sustainability reports
• Identify and manage ESG-related risks and compliance issues
• Provide guidance and training on ESG policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Public Policy, or Business
• 8+ years of experience in ESG compliance, social responsibility, or sustainability
• Experience with development finance institutions and fintech or emerging markets preferred
• Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
