What you will do
- Identify and drive strategic projects to improve customer experience and operationalize internal functions.
- Manage daily operations and monitoring of AML and compliance programs.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to implement regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and CTF.
- Monitor payment and treasury-related operations for the regional business.
- Define key KPIs and build reports to drive efficiency and service quality.
- Build and lead a scalable operations team in South Korea.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Experience in a global environment, FinTech, or fast-growing tech company is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholders.
