What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Manage containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters for high availability.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment strategies and system reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in South Africa or Kenya and able to work U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in Terraform-heavy or multi-cloud environments.
• Background in supporting high-traffic or high-availability applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and cloud cost optimization.
