What you will do

• Develop and expand partnerships with faith-based organizations, foundations, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead advocacy initiatives and coordinate partner participation in global forums.
• Support fundraising efforts by developing donor pipelines and cultivating strategic prospects.
• Provide guidance to National Committees and Country Offices on resource mobilization strategies.
• Navigate complex religious contexts to foster values-driven partnerships.
• Ensure alignment of partner engagement with hirify.global's policy and advocacy priorities.

Requirements

• Advanced University Degree in Marketing, international development, fundraising, theology, or related fields (or Bachelor's with 2 additional years of experience).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, advocacy, and faith-based engagement.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership management, pipeline development, and policy-influencing initiatives.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate diverse religious and international development contexts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).
• Experience with global policy forums and cross-market collaboration.
• Previous experience in humanitarian contexts or fragile settings.
• Familiarity with CRM and database management.
