What you will do

• Manage relationships with key agroholding customers and business partners to generate long-term demand.
• Develop and sell comprehensive technological solutions to drive profitable business growth.
• Execute sales plans and achieve targets in accordance with marketing and business strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis, profitability assessments, and needs analysis for key accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams including R&D, Finance, Supply, and Marketing to ensure alignment on action plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships at the senior management level with key accounts.

Requirements

• Higher degree in agronomy, agriculture economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry.
• Native Ukrainian proficiency is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of the agricultural market and product specifics.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
