What you will do

• Build and ship agentic AI solutions to production standard within cross-functional squads.
• Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• Contribute to evaluation, observability, and guardrails for agentic systems.
• Instrument solutions to capture usage, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Support handover and capability-building to ensure solutions are owned and operable.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on production experience in LLM-powered applications.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern SDLC practices (CI/CD, TDD).
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic memory/tool use.
• Experience working with relational, columnar, and vector stores.
