What you will do
- Maintain and improve the quality management system and related documentation according to ISO requirements.
- Supervise daily quality control activities to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Develop, review, and update audit plans; support internal audits, external audits, and customer inspections.
- Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support production in problem-solving and process improvement; coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality matters.
- Analyze quality data for continuous improvement, manage inspection equipment calibration, and coach QC team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management systems in a production environment.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system documentation.
- Understanding of quality improvement methods (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, etc.).
- Good English communication skills for meetings and business communication.
