Quality Assistant Manager

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the quality management system and related documentation according to ISO requirements.
• Supervise daily quality control activities to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Develop, review, and update audit plans; support internal audits, external audits, and customer inspections.
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support production in problem-solving and process improvement; coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Analyze quality data for continuous improvement, manage inspection equipment calibration, and coach QC team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management systems in a production environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system documentation.
• Understanding of quality improvement methods (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, etc.).
• Good English communication skills for meetings and business communication.
