AI & ML Engineer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery of complex AI solutions from planning to execution, ensuring quality and budget targets are met.
• Design and implement production-grade systems including RAG, AI agents, and LLM-based conversational automations.
• Develop classical ML models for predictive analytics, including regression, classification, and anomaly detection.
• Build and maintain automated training, validation, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD for ML), including model registry and monitoring.
• Collaborate with international multidisciplinary stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI designs.
• Act as a technical role model within the AI community and introduce new techniques through PoCs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, specifically RAG systems and AI agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Container Apps).
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Melsungen, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and ML workflows.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency in German and/or Spanish.
