What you will do

  • Build, standardize, and continuously improve processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across people processes.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within current workflows.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and playbooks for all lifecycle processes.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operating model redesign, or shared services.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working within international and multi-country organizations.
  • English: C1 level (fluency) is essential.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
