What you will do
- Lead and coach hourly associates to meet or exceed objectives in safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Manage daily shop floor performance, spending 70% of time on active coaching and ensuring adherence to HPS practices.
- Conduct employee performance and development reviews and facilitate effective shift hand-off communication.
- Oversee production operations and investigate incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Why methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process capability and OEE using Lean and Six Sigma approaches.
- Collaborate with other departments to support new product introductions and equipment launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5-8 years of related experience in manufacturing.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving (5Y, fishbone).
