Technical Project Manager II (Engineering): Coordinating New Product Development (NPD) for consumer lifestyle solutions with an accent on project scheduling, cross-functional alignment, and technical delivery. Focus on driving the product lifecycle from design to market, managing technical risks in JIRA, and ensuring alignment between global engineering teams and retail requirements.
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in London, Battersea Power Station office)

What you will do
- Align daily engineering tasks and deliverables to bring 5-star products to market.
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely delivery meeting retailer requirements.
- Ensure global teams and stakeholders are aligned on project direction and status.
- Drive internal team meetings and establish comprehensive project plans.
- Track and manage technical issues using JIRA.
- Support legacy product activities and provide updates for executive reviews.
Requirements
- Engineering background with experience in project management or an engineering role.
- Experience managing the entire project lifecycle, preferably with plastics or consumer products.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and limits.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or CREO.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (hybrid 3 days/week)
