Senior AI DevOps / MLOps Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Design and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for AI and ML solutions.
• Deploy and operate AI workloads using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
• Automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Implement secure deployment practices using RBAC, Key Vault, managed identities, private endpoints, and network isolation.
• Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, release management, rollback, and operational support for AI services and model endpoints.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, cloud architects, security specialists, and banking IT teams to ensure compliant production delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML, and release management.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning or MLOps platforms, plus practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, GenAI applications, or AI service deployment.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments, preferably banking, fintech, or insurance.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, MLflow, or Prompt Flow.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or Purview.
• Understanding of AI governance, model risk, data privacy, and audit requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft security tools such as Defender for Cloud or Sentinel.
