Post Production Coordinator

Location: On-site in London, United Kingdom, at The Creative Studios in Park Royal, with smart working of up to 40% from home.

What you will do

• Process and handle ecommerce and creative images and videos from studio production through retouching to final delivery.
• Quality-check imagery before and after retouching, ensuring correct crops, naming, sizing, guidelines, consistency, and technical specifications.
• Monitor asset suites, identify coding errors or missing images, and ensure complete deliveries meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Upload and download assets through FTP sites, external agencies, internal servers, drives, and archive storage.
• Coordinate retouching amendments, maintain reporting logs, resolve digital asset queries, and prioritise requests from key teams.
• Work with Retouch, Production, Launch Coordination, Buying, Product Launch, and Sample Coordination teams to deliver assets and manage samples on time.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Mac systems, Excel, and Photoshop.
• Experience or understanding of working in a studio or production department.
• Excellent organisation, time management, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering video assets.
• Interest in ecommerce image editing and video delivery.
• Experience quality-checking retouched imagery; training is provided.
