TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain (Relocation package available)

What you will do
- Lead the development of DO-178C safety-critical software for aeronautical systems.
- Coordinate the software development team to ensure technical robustness and quality.
- Define High-Level (HLR) and Low-Level (LLR) requirements.
- Design software architecture and implement solutions using C/C++ and RTOS.
- Review unit tests, coverage results, integration activities, and system-level testing.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in safety-critical software development, preferably in aerospace or defense.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and RTOS.
- Experience with specification tools (DOORS) and design tools (Enterprise Architect or Cameo).
- Knowledge of continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD).
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience with DO-178C standards.
- Knowledge of software/hardware integration and advanced testing environments.
