What you will do

• Provide post-sales technical leadership to guide strategic customers in big data project implementation.
• Architect production-level workloads, including performance testing and optimization of end-to-end pipelines.
• Identify and drive new initiatives to help customers turn data into actionable business value.
• Deliver tutorials, training sessions, and presentations to promote community adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical skills through mentorship and training.

Requirements

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification required.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Apache Spark and Databricks across large-scale projects.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Software or Data Engineer with deep knowledge of query and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience designing solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must have significant time zone overlap with European and North American clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in Data Science/ML Engineering including MLFlow, model selection, and serving.
• Background in Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, or OLAP technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles.
