What you will do

• Design, develop, and debug software to enable specific factory and wafer process packaging features and capabilities.
• Work across the software stack, including firmware, drivers, operating systems, and middleware for distributed enterprise systems.
• Integrate and sustain Factory Automation software systems to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve automation system issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Virtual Factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Provide production support through a rotating 24x7 day and night shift schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with current IT technologies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for clear message delivery during troubleshooting.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kulim, Malaysia.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (AA, BB, CC, DD) to support 24x7 operations.
