What you will do
- Perform functional and formal verification of complex low-power digital design blocks for NPU AI accelerators.
- Architect and implement verification environments from initial planning through the validation lifecycle to sign-off.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and random test generators.
- Implement high-level transactional models, BFMs, functional constraints, checkers, scoreboards, and SVA properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address next-generation AI requirements to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in pre-silicon validation of IPs, ASIC, SoC, or FPGA designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard verification tools and methodologies including System Verilog, VCS, UVM, and OVM.
- Proven track record of signing off complex designs through coverage closure techniques.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Leixlip, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience validating low-power and high-performance designs, specifically HW accelerators.
- Proficiency in System Verilog Assertions (SVA) and formal verification tools.
- Knowledge of SoC-based CPUs, NoCs, AMBA protocols, and memory controllers.
- Experience with C, C++, Python, Shell scripting, and TCL.
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
