What you will do

  • Define and evolve the ad monetization strategy for the games portfolio, focusing on eProfit outcomes.
  • Manage waterfall structures, floor pricing, and placement strategies across all titles.
  • Build and run a rigorous, high-velocity A/B testing culture for monetization hypotheses.
  • Own and grow relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges.
  • Act as the Product Owner for monetization, integrating Ad Tech, Analytics, and Product functions.
  • Lead a lean, high-talent team with a focus on ownership and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience leading monetization specifically for casual, ad-monetized mobile games.
  • Track record of building and scaling a high-velocity experimentation culture with measurable impact on eProfit/ARPDAU/eROAS.
  • Strong existing relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges relevant to casual gaming.
  • Ability to operate in lean environments, pulling data from shared intelligence layers without dedicated analytics headcount.
  • Experience acting as a cross-functional integrator without direct reporting authority.
  • Ability to raise the bar on talent density and lead high-performing teams.
