What you will do
- Define and evolve the ad monetization strategy for the games portfolio, focusing on eProfit outcomes.
- Manage waterfall structures, floor pricing, and placement strategies across all titles.
- Build and run a rigorous, high-velocity A/B testing culture for monetization hypotheses.
- Own and grow relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges.
- Act as the Product Owner for monetization, integrating Ad Tech, Analytics, and Product functions.
- Lead a lean, high-talent team with a focus on ownership and performance.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience leading monetization specifically for casual, ad-monetized mobile games.
- Track record of building and scaling a high-velocity experimentation culture with measurable impact on eProfit/ARPDAU/eROAS.
- Strong existing relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges relevant to casual gaming.
- Ability to operate in lean environments, pulling data from shared intelligence layers without dedicated analytics headcount.
- Experience acting as a cross-functional integrator without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to raise the bar on talent density and lead high-performing teams.
