Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead and manage the engineering team, including daily supervision, performance reviews, KPI management, recruitment, and workforce planning.
• Provide senior technical support to internal and external customers remotely and face to face.
• Investigate field problems and equipment failures, prepare reports, recommend solutions, and support implementation at customer sites.
• Oversee product selections, application requests, engineering calculations, proposals, specifications, and standard product adaptations.
• Manage engineering governance, strategic objectives, process changes, and continuous improvement across the Oceania region.
• Resolve employee issues, identify development needs, and support team building and cultural change.

Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of experience with plant process systems and equipment design.
• Experience providing high-level engineering support and troubleshooting for customers and plant personnel.
• Knowledge of product characteristics and design requirements.
• Proficiency with CAD and office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and commercial awareness.
